The Main goal and purpose of this server is to bring to the Heavy Bomber Groups and Bomber Pilots of the IL- 1946 community , who flies USAAF Heavy Bombers, a Dedicated Bomber Server in which they can fly Long Range, High Altitude Level Precision Daylight Bombing Missions.
Missions will be Historical/Semi-Historical as possible. They will be built on the Real 97thBomb Group Heavy and 43rdBomb Group (Heavy) missions. However
We will try and build Historical missions concerning other real USAAF Heavy Bomber Groups.
At times there will be Tactical Bombing Mission for the Medium and Light Bombers add in to coincide with the Strategic Bombing Missions. Although this is mainly a USAAF Heavy Bomber Server, at times we will add Enemy Bombers and Dive Bombers into missions such as in the early Mediterranean and Pacific Theater of Operations. This will help keep things interesting.
The Plane Set will be Historically matched as possible, however at times due to certain planes not being in IL-2 1946, they will be replaced with a plane as close to that time period. If and when these planes become available, then they will be placed were they should be. Also if and when new updates and patches become available they will be installed into the server as soon as possible.
We hope that the Bomber Groups and Bomber Pilots of the IL-2 community will stop in and try out the Dedicated Bomber Server, as with other pilots will also join in.
